Overall things went pretty smooth, be careful of the rubber grommits that attach the lower HDD to the antenna, the are very soft. I overtightened and smooshed one and had to improvise at radioshack. Also make sure you have your efi updates so you can do a lion recovery.
Mi Consejo
Make sure you keep the boot drive in the lower bay (the upper one when working on it). Also I went with a slightly larger drive (256 meg). they are coming down in price and I think worth it so you can keep your programs as well as your OS on the drive for speed. I went the crucial M4 over the sandforce based drives. They may be faster but I've read about so many problems with them I didn't want to take a chance.
