Mi Problema

Recently, I received a service call from a client whose RO water purifier had stopped working properly. The water flow had slowed down significantly, and the taste of the water had changed.

Mi Solución

Started by disconnecting the power and water supply to ensure safety.

Removed the filters and found the pre-filter was completely choked with dirt and sediment.

Checked the RO membrane – it was heavily clogged and had passed its lifespan.

Replaced the pre-filter, carbon filter, and RO membrane with new ones.

Cleaned the storage tank and sanitized the system before reassembling.

Mi Consejo

Never delay filter replacement — it can damage the RO membrane.

Avoid using non-compatible parts or cheap filters, as they affect water quality and system life.
