It took me about 1.5 hours to complete the job,but was easy to do. The tool set that comes with this kit is great, has every thing you need & more. The online video & pictures really helped. I still am amazed that it worked!! It has been 4 days since the repair & my PS3 is still working great! Don't hesitate buying this kit, even if it doesn't work, you get a nice tool set & heat gun. Was very surpised & happy how fast the kit showed up!! Thanks again ifixit.com

Don't forget to plug anything in & take your time watching the video & pics. I used my finger for the arctic silver 5 paste though, it was way easier than the credit card looking spreader.
