Removal of Broken Screws

Mi Problema

In order to affix the back to the cane chair I need to remove the broken screws . The tool I purchased from iFixit is supposed to be able to grip the headless screw but it can’t turn in the channel once I grip it. I need to gouge out a wider channel so I can rotate the pliers as I grip the broken screw.

Mi Solución

Not completed. Need to take the steps outlined above before I can say.
