Ipod Touch 4g LCD replacement

Mi Problema

Sons itouch 4g screen was broken when another child swatted it out of his hand.

Mi Solución

First pass not so good. The white screen wouldn't clear on the hard reset. I thought that I mis wired something. Unfortunately I already attached the glue to seal it. While removing it I cracked the new lcd.

Luckily iFixIt sent me a replacement!!!!!

Mi Consejo

Don't attach glue tape until the device powers up correctly.

If you get the white screen attach to itunes and restore it that will fix the problem!!!
