My name is Christian Durringer, my friends call me just Dü, I've been around 30Jahren experience with IBM hardware, the other day my 500GB hard drive of my Mac Book Pro 13" was broken, the exchange has gone very smoothly.

Without the screwdriver, I would have been helpless.
