Mi Problema
My iPod 5th generation has not turned on for a over a year and I had all my great music on it! Took it to the Apple store and got the response: "We don't support this older technology anymore."
Mi Solución
Great! The plastic tools it came with are good for taking the iPod apart, but to remove the battery port, you'll need a small/tiny flat head screw driver that is not included in this package.

Take your time, watch the videos/instructions a few times before going at it.
