Explosive music!

A music CD that my wife had made a number of years ago shattered in the drive.

Mi Solución

After removing the drive from the system, I broke the seal for the warranty and dived in. After removing the outer casing using the pro tech base tool kit, I poked and prodded until all the little tiny pieces were removed. Putting it back in the machine and seeing it work again felt great. It was empowering!

Mi Consejo

If a disk is old check it for small cracks or other surface damage before you spin it up faster than Dale Earnhardt. The wreckage is not pretty.
