Mi Problema
I bought the computer from another Marine who didnt take care of it. I paid $200 for the Macbook. It seemed the only issue with the Macbook was the optic drive didnt work. After talking with Apple, and deciding it was way to expensive to have them work on the machine, I decided to do the repairs myself. That is when I found ifixit.com. It is the only place I trust for my purchases of Mac hardware.
Mi Solución
The replacement was super easy and the write up provided by ifixit.com just guided me along the process. I didnt feel I needed the DIY write up but I had it open just incase I ran into any snags.
