Mi Problema
This is the second time I have dropped and cracked my 4th generation iPod's display.
Mi Solución
I repaired my iPod, both times by myself, with the aid of ifixit's guide. I do not have a lot of experience with home repairs (a couple of xbox x-clamp fixes) and the install guide was extremely helpful. The pictures and instructions are laid out very well and makes for a relatively easy repair.
Mi Consejo
The first time I replaced the front panel I bought my display assembly off of ebay to save about $10. I do not recommend this. I didn't save that much money and the extra $10 was way worth it for how nicely everything came packaged. Just buy all of your supplies from ifixit.
