It took about an hour-I have a full Weha toolset and a task light which came in handy.

Lay out a large piece of white paper to work on and place a strip of blue painters tape (inverted so the sticky side face out) along the top to collect your screws. I removed parts for each step with a label and placement on the tape exactly as they are seen on the iPhone. It keeps track of the parts and separates them according to each step.
Be careful with the small opening tool-the tip can break off easily.
