Very easy to replace ipod battery

The battery on my 9 year old iPod 5th generation (video) couldn't hold a charge for more than 20 minutes, so it was time to replace it.

Mi Solución

The guide was perfect. I had zero problems doing this repair. It took me approx. 15 minutes total and most of that time was getting the iPod open. Total piece of cake.

Just be really gentle when doing this repair and you'll have no problems. Do not rush it. Do not try to use brute force on anything. iPods are fragile devices. The tools provided with the battery work exactly as advertised, so use them.
