Mi Problema
My drive gave out two years ago and I never even considered fixing it myself. I just limped along with an external USB. When my wife's hard drive gave out the local Apple Genius suggested I replace it myself by going to ifixit. After that great experience I was inspired, and now I have a working DVD drive again!
