PS3 Yellow Light of Death

My PS3 surprised me with a YLOD one evening as I was firing it up to finish a game.

The repair guide was great but didn't quite fit the model of PS3 I had. Still, it was a great guide and I was able to work around the minor differences between my unit and the one in the guide.

Final result: I have a repaired PS3. The kit and guide worked pretty much flawlessly!

If you're a bit technically inclined and not afraid to mess around with your PS3, I would recommend this kit for your YLOD problems.
