kept powering down after an hour, had to be plugged in at all times

easy to get the battery out, not so easy putting it back. i was sure the phone would never work again. we got it put back together(yes, two of us) and it looked all good but the speaker didnt work, took apart again and jammed that first connector in better

yes, yes, yes!!! please dont stop at taking the battery out, the hard part is getting it back in, show ALL the steps!!!
