Mi Problema
One of the pins inside that makes contact with the game was broken. Games were not being read by system.
Mi Solución
Managed to finally open the case with the screw driver kit I ordered from here to remove the cartridge slot off the board. That required some micro soldering work though and the part ordered off another site.
Mi Consejo
This screwdriver kit is pretty awesome. It has all the bits you can run into in any game system or computer. I had some of the bits already but their larger counterparts. For any game system though you're going to need that bit for micro soldering. This was my first microsolder job and it went well. I'm used to soldering with a larger tip.
