Mi Problema
I had the Red Ring of Death on my XBox 360. I didn't want to hand it off to Microsoft, with money, to _maybe_ fix it. Why reward them for a bad design, and perhaps not get back my Halo Collector's edition box back?

Went perfectly. Between the tools, parts and great how-tos, it couldn't have been easier. Although I got the metal spudger set, I didn't need it, but seems like a good tool set to have anyway.

Go slow, have a big workspace, and be confident. You have the tools you need - that's most of the hard part right there.
