Nothing dramatic - the battery has always been a dud.

It went great! Although, the screwdriver for the Phillips screws doesn't quite have enough bite into the screws, so it slips a lot. It may just be because the screws are so small.
Mi Consejo
The instructions should mention that you need to bend the battery connector flat cable so that it is similar to the one you pulled out. Easy to figure out, but I can imagine some people having problems. Also, it might be good to include some small plastic tweezers in a kit.
I'm very happy with iFixit's parts & especially the instructions/videos. As a Cal Poly SLO grad, I'm proud of you guys! Thanks for a great service. I'll be back soon for a home button...
