We are a 1:1 school with iPads 3-8 grade. From time to time we need to repair the screens.
Mi Solución
Every year I get a new set of helpers. I teach them how to repair devices.
It's always a nervous time when they first remove an iPad screen but after two or three they get the hang of it.
Mi Consejo
Take your time don't over heat the LCD while removing the glass. And watch out for the power cable in the top right. It's tricky especially if it is a secondary repair.
