The Repair took 2.5 hours. Went smoothly, with the only hiccup was finding the "proper holes" to release some of the case components. Since the repair, the unit was immediately plugged in, and DeadSpace 2 ran for an hour without a single issue. And, the unit has been used everyday since with no problems! So far, looks like a success!

Not sure it made a difference or not, but I definitely did the "reflowing process" on the XBOX Motherboard. Also, Nail polish remover took way to long to remove the old thermal paste residue. I took the time to dig up an old bottle of "Goof Off" and it came off easily. I would have easily saved 20 minutes if I used "Goof Off" in the first place.
