Wanted to add a 2nd hard drive to my 2011 mini for a RAID 0 setup

Not too bad. Had some issues with a couple screws that were different than the directions, and my kit didn't come with the logic board removal tool, but overall everything was step by step.

I would think the 2nd hard drive kit would include the logic board removal tool used in the directions, but it didn't. It wasn't a problem though. The LB pops out pretty easily if you push back on the heat sink and front edge of the RAM slot. Only other problems were having to take it apart again because the SATA cable wasn't quite form fitting, and it had some torque on it when I plugged it into the logic board, causing it to push itself out of the hard drive's plug. Also had problems trying to get the original hard drive back in it's holes in the front of the case. That could just be me though. It's all working great now.
