Fixed accessory not compatible issue.

Mi Problema

Every accessory that I plugged into my iPhone resulted in the "this accessory is not supported by iphone" message. After troubleshooting for many days restoring the firmware and updating it, I decided that it must be a hardware issue.

Mi Solución

I took my iPhone apart and replace the dock connector. Not knowing whether or not it had worked I plugged in the Apple digital AV adapter and it worked!

I've taken apart my iPhone for various reasons in the past and the one thing I can say it that patience and care when performing a repair will save a lot of headache and money in the future. In short, it would be a travesty to fix one thing and break another.
