Mi Problema
This is the third stage of maximizing my 2011 2.7 i7 mac mini. The first stage was 8GB of ram. The second stage was swapping in a Crucial 500GB sad for the primary drive using iFixit technology. Once the iFixit kit became available for the secondary 500 GB crucial, it was time to rock and roll.
Mi Solución
Everything went just like the tutorial. Having had it apart once before I was comfortable with taking it apart. Almost a walk in the park.
Mi Consejo
I think iFixit should provide 4 additional rubber grommets in the kit. It couldn't cost that much. The grommets for the upper drive were in poor shape and needed to be replaced. At a minimum they could spec out the size in the tutorial. Other than that it rocked. And so does my Max mini!
