Shattered screen-UH OH!

I had dropped my iPhone 3gs while in my driveway. I had just taken off the case days before. As soon as I heard it hit the ground I knew that it wasn't good. I was right. The front panel of my screen was shattered!!!!

The repair went very good. I was very hesitant on fixing it myself because I knew I risked messing up my phone even more. I got my kit within a few days which was awesome! And my phone looks BRAND NEW!!!!

A few things I would suggest. 1-Play the video while you are fixing your phone. But also read the printed out directions too. They don't go into full detail in the video. 2-Fix it over a big empty bowl. A few of the screws are SO little that if you were to lose them, it wouldn't be a good outcome. There are also little pieces that fall off that you wouldn't want on the floor or carpet (ie. parts of the glass from the shattering). 3-Take your time and definitely have good light. 4-Be very careful when handling the LCD screen, Try not touching the glass from it so you don't have fingerprints and smudges when putting it back together.

Overall...I had a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this website for future purchases.
