MBP 2,53 GHz mid 2009 : 3 problems repaired once

I have replaced the optical drive and the original hard drive by 2 ssd samsung 1.5 years ago. A few weeks ago the hard drive cable of the primary one breack.

So I had the problems below :

- 1 hard drive not recognized

- Click brocken on trackpad

- battery in service mode

Mi Solución

About the trackpad no guide was concerning my macboom pro 2.53 GHz mid 2009 but I partially unscrewed screws fixing the motherboard to the upper case to replace the trackpad map.

Battery & hard drive cable replacement : easy

The new replacement batteries proposed by ifixit for MBP 2.53 GHz mid 2009 wasnkt exactly the same but ok. A bit bigger than the original one, so you have to play with the map (a bit too long), and the 3 screws. But it works fine.
