Mi Problema
I repair electronics for a living. The metal double sided spudger has proven to be the most used tool in my shop for cellular and mobile device screen replacement. When we lost the only one we had, I was sad. So I ordered 2 more.

Absolutely terrible. The 2 spudgers I received were thick, non flexible and un-usable. I tried calling ifixit to no avail, they have such a terrible phone system you just get hung up on within 2 minutes and they pretend its not them but it is. I tried emailing sales and support, also to no avail!

My advice,do not purchase tools from ifixit. The spudgers WERE nice once upon a time, but now they suck. Support for sales is also entirely non existent in my experience.
Anything sold on ifixit.com can be purchased elsewhere without the markup for the name, nor the hassle of no sales support. Reagrds, Phil May, www.northendelectronics.com
