Short battery life 'cause my daughter leaves it on the charger.

You guys were right, the case is hard to open on this model, but I did it anyway. I used two medium Fender guitar picks and a very small bladed screwdriver along with a putty knife. Following your directions I got the case opened and didn't hurt anything. This is my 4th iPod repair and I'm getting pretty good at it. You guys are great with the prompt shipping and the guides that you have on line.

One really needs to be rather good with their hands and understanding of mechanical devices to work on these thin iPods. Patience and control are the two things that you need to do these repairs on the thin units. Keep up the good work iFixit.
