I want to completely upgrade everything on this iBook what are the latest best that i can do .

On the right hand side of this page, you can see links to 16 step-by-step guides, and 36 parts for sale. This probably won't upgrade every part in your laptop, but it is a start.

OS 9.2.2 and PPC apps you'll have to search for upgrades/updates to apps (some companies are now defunct or have pulled the 10yr old updates).
