How do you get the glass out of the frame?
Got it all apart from the instructions, fine. Now I've got a frame with broken screen and can't get it out to replace it with the new screen?

Our guide was written with the assumption that you would be replacing the entire front panel, not just the glass panel. The glass is probably held in place with a very strong adhesive.

I ran a hairdryer over the edges of the frame (with the cracked screen) and it melted the adhesive. Then I was able to pop out the screen from the frame!

I used to a heat pack to accomplish the same. Wasn't nearly as scary as I thought it would be.
