Why is my brush cutter not idle even when the throttle is not engage?

Any maintenance performed? Air filter cleaned or replaced? Spark plug replaced at recommended time? Cleaned carburetor and linkages? Carburetor service is not diy friendly unless familiar with its operation, disassembly, repairs and adjustments.This can be a diy project or pay a repair shop to diagnose, troubleshoot and make necessary repairs.
