Did you try a different power outlet to see if it failed? If you did and the power cord and plug are not damaged it's likely the power supply failed internally.. here's the guide to get to the power supply which you can see in Steps 18 & 19 Desmontaje de un HomePod
Depending when you bought it and if you took out AppleCare on it it might be better letting Apple repair it as getting parts is a sizable hurdle for the HomePod as there's two versions and they are different internally.
