My hard drive was extracted from my laptop after my laptop couldn't start. Upon extracting I used an external drive holder to access files. After some time I couldnt open it because I may have entered password wrongly and now it is giving notification of inaccessible.

It’s likely your drive got locked after wrong password attempts, so try reconnecting it and enter the correct password or recovery key properly again. If it still doesnt open, you could try Remo Software's Recover tool to access and recover your files, it usually works even when the drive shows as inaccessible.
