@waldemarbauer since you mentioned that it "Raz działa raz nie", it would not be likely an issue with the instrument cluster. This sounds more like an issue with the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS). I would check/replace that first. Let us know the exact year as well as what engine size and transmission type (automatic/manual) your Audi is.

@waldemarbauer the VSS is located on the driver's side of the transmission bell housing, near the axle flange.
