LG Revolution screen replacement

I am going to be repairing a friend's LG Revolution. I found this guide, but I was wondering if anyone from iFixit had tips on it (I trust iFixit more than a site I never heard of that has poor pictures).

Also, Does anyone have tips or tricks for placing the adhesive to the screen?

micahchetrit , check this video. It is pretty good and should help you out. Also, read the comments and check their site out. It has more info on the adhesive as well.
