Today I couldn't find my phone, so I decided to use my tag which I carry in my bag to make a noise on my phone
And I found out that it just doesn't work, no signs of working. SmartThings never said that my battery was low(I changed it month ago) and when get onto the app, last time it was connected, battery was fine

Use a DMM to check if the battery is still OK i.e. 3V DC and that it is securely connected when inserted.
If it is still OK you may have to open the tag and check if there's anything obviously wrong on the board. Here's a teardown video that may help.
