@arvindkuma13451 without seeing what your screen actually looks like and only going by your short description, this does sound like a broken screen. Since iFixit does not yet have any specific guides for this phone, use the one from here It is written in Spanish so use a browser that will do the translating for you.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
