All the power in my pc turns on but no signal and red dram light.

I've tried to remove the ram and clean/ reseat them and nothing.

What is the make and model number of the motherboard?

Try inserting 1 stick of ram at a time and check if it passes POST or fails.

If it fails try another stick of ram (assuming there's more than 1).

You may have to try all of them if you're unlucky

If all fail try a different ram slot.
