Since when did this happened? Is the PS4 up to date?
Yes, also "preordered" games do show a lock. They are downloaded, but cannot played yet because it's not officially released. There are multiple reasons why the lock is there.

I know they show locks for games that you played through playstation plus. that have been removed from playstationplus catalog.
But if. its for games you have discs for or ones you bought, I have no idea whats going on.

Yes, also "preordered" games do show a lock. They are downloaded, but cannot played yet because it's not officially released. There are multiple reasons why the lock is there.
