Computer has no signal and turns on for a minute then shuts off

So I’ve had this problem for a couple days now, whenever I press the power button it stays on for around a minute, then turns off 15 seconds later turns back on, and it has no signal to monitor, I’ve tried putting the hdmi in the motherboard as well to see if it was a graphics card problem and it was not, I have reseated the ram I have taken the cmos out and back in after waiting a while, still I have no idea what this issue could be, the fans are spinning and my ram rgb also turns on and the top usb ports

Hi @gooseva,

What is the make and model number of the PC or motherboard if a custom build?

@jayeff Hey I’m sorry for the late response I was out of the house but the computer is a prebuilt by iBuyPower and i can only find a sticker that says i-series G249A661 090320 if that helps

@gooseva

I was hoping to find the motherboard make and model number as this would enable you to find the user manual for the board as it would tell you where you could connect a system speaker so as to be able to hear any BIOS beep codes which would tell you what is happening. This is assuming that there isn't a speaker (most don't have one nowadays but the feature is still there on most boards) and that you would hear a single beep if it passed POST (power on self test) OK before booting into the OS.

Try entering BIOS on startup and check if you get the BIOS menus with a display showing. Press either F1 or F2 or Del a few times soon after starting the PC.

Did you remove the GPU card before trying the motherboard's HDMI port?

@gooseva

You may have to disassemble the PC to a point where you can see if there is any model information on the board itself, other than relying on a sticker from the PC builder.

Did any documentation come with the PC as to what the specifications are (I can't find your model online) i.e. CPU make and model?

Most Ryzen CPU models don't have integrated graphics capability so there's no video on the motherboard's HDMI port (as well as a discrete GPU card) whereas a lot of Intel CPUs do.
