So this video is self-explanitory:
Tried using glue: didn’t work
Tried using as is: nope
Whatever i do it just wont spin smoothly
I need help to either get a new fan or use cheap alternatives

Hi!
Okay, first things first, that fan is done. So you do need to have a new one.
There are multiple options left:
1: Replace it with a custom cooler made for your GPU. We do need to know the exact right model before we can sent you a link about where to get one. Can you share this with us?
2: Replace it with the original cooler. This one will be very difficult to find, BUT, you can find a broken one (which is the same as yours) and get the cooler from that one.
Those 2 options are the most easy options to get it done.

@trananhkhoakyle what exact make and model is your video card. The GTX660 should have two fans :-)
