Hello guys, after i installed a new battery. Phone won't charge properly. Only when i plug the usb in it displays charging but it imidietly stops. A tried few times and also noticed jump percentage from 10% to 20%. Please help idk what wrong.

The first thing we need to figure out is if the problem is with your new battery or something else, possibly related to the installation. Assuming your old battery was functional if short-lived (and you still have it), the easiest way is to plug the original back in temporarily (it looks like you can do that without having to actually remove the new battery) and see if the old battery works correctly. If so, you've got a good case that you just got a defective battery and should look to the vendor for a replacement.
Otherwise, the next thing to look at is the connector itself. Check both sides of the connector with a magnifying glass, looking for any bent or broken pins. Sometimes bent pins can be straightened with fine-tip tweezers, but broken or missing pins are, of course, more problematic. If it all looks good, clean both connectors with some 90% or higher concentration isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol, reconnect the original battery and retest it.

Hi, thanks for answer. So i tried the old battery. It charging with no issue. Same as pins in USB-C connector. I have never been more confused. So is seems there is problem with new battery. After installing it phone was running fine. So i don't really know where to look. I might need to order new one again.
@patrik62667 I would suggest contacting the battery seller and letting them know there's an issue with your new battery. Most reputable sellers will send you a replacement free of charge; for instance iFixit has a one year warranty on batteries and has sent me a free replacement when I got a bad one from them.
