How can I use my Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra with broken display

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra. but the display is broken.

How can I use it in this state? Is there some sort of Program on my PC to allow me access? Or do i need to replace the display?

Have you tried plugging it in to a PC to see if it is showing in a File Manager program?

The setting in the phone may already be set for File Transfer etc and not just for Charge this device

i have tryed it to my pc. but cant find the phone any where. i thing i need to buy a HDMI adapter and try it to my tv.
