Can I reutilize these metalic foils on a replacement LCD cover?

I'm replacing the LCD cover on my brother's notebook, the copper? foil is barely attached to the wifi antenna.

They're supposed to be attached like this:

I want to know a few things:

1 - Can I just reutilize these two metallic foils as is? would the crimples on the copper foil be a problem for that?

2 - What is the best adhesive to use for attaching them to the replacement LCD cover?

3 - What are the actual nomenclatures of those two foils and what are their purpose?
