Hello!
There could be several reasons why a phone will not turn on, 90% of which are related to power. Try to let it charge on the charger that came with the phone for a few hours and see if it'll power on after that. If you don't see anything on the screen, it could be that either the battery has gone bad or the LCD might not be working.
In any case, we need a bit more info to fully help.
