Here's the user manual that may help.
On p.75 (p.77 of 114 pdf) it shows that there's 3 phases in the heat treatment cycle.
Up to 90 minutes for the temperature to reach the set temperature of 151°F and then it enters a holding phase to maintain the set temperature for a minimum of 30 minutes.
After this it enters a cooling phase, where the temperature must get to 41°F within 2 hours, after which it should go into either a standby or auto mode.
Overall it seems that the heat cycle can last about 4 hours.
The manual then continues to show what to do in the event of a heat cycle failure.

Yes but I do not want the heat cycle to go on, I want to by pass it as I am using raw milk for a reason!

It sounds like your machine is in cleaning mode. To stop it, try turning the machine off and then back on. That should get it out of heat mode. If it doesn’t, you might want to check the manual or reach out to Taylor support for more help.
