Display cable is part of the screen assembly, so you’ll need to replace the whole screen to replace the cut flex.

Hi,
There are services available for repairing screen flex cables:

This YouTube video shows the process being done with a machine designed to replace flex cables.
Unfortunately the machine is really expensive, but the price of doing the job is cheaper than replacing a screen.
If you don’t have someone in your area that does it then you can search for “flex bonding service that has mail in information and ask for a quote.
