My PC suddenly, for no reason at all when I rebooted I had no signal going to my monitor. I could hear Windows boot up and still no signal. Up until that time this PC worked awesome with zero issues.

Can be GPU, pcie-slot , bios settings , drivers or quality of cable of the Monitor. (edit your posts with more details).
(maybe) Try PC connected-on-to tv, if it has HDMi.

Is there a light on the motherboard that is turned on
it's shorted something or broken power button.(for a broken PowerButton just switch it with he reset buton ,it has similar fuction).
