My laptop starts booting up on start or like reset and after loading it tells that "i put my password wrong several times" even though i just open it. Also the clock or time of my laptop is always wrong.

Try replacing the RTC battery (example only) in the laptop and check if that resolves the problem.
If it starts OK there may be a message about resetting the date and time. This is normal as the BIOS has been reset. Once the date and time are correct, the message won't appear again when starting the laptop.
