Samsung s10e device went off and it's not coming ON again
Was on Instagram, the phone freezed and went off and it's not coming on ever since. It tries to reboot and goes off again

Hello!
my first thought would be some sort of power issue. I'd recommend attempting to either connect the phone to a charger and then try doing things, or to replace the battery.
Failing that however, it's most likely a software issue. There's guides on how to fix that, but you will lose the data that's on your phone.
