I am working on an iPhone 4 and a little confused. The phone got slightly wet and shut down yesterday. Since it has not powered. I replaced the battery and dock port with same results but if I take the logic board and put it into known good phone it powers right up. What would be my next step here?

wurmy1, my suggestion is that you clean your iPhone before any corrosion will further damage your phone. Use this guide to accomplish that. It was written for a 3G but applies to your phone as well. When you transfer your logic board to another phone, and it powers up, take a look at what parts you do not transfer. Since it works in another phone, the part that does not get transferred is the culprit.

Take the phone apart and set the parts in dry rice over-night. It should absorb the rest of the moisture that is left in the phone. Then try putting the phone back together and see if that helps.
